Jackson Rancheria Donates to Calaveras Community Foundation

The Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians recently donated $10,000 to the Calaveras Community Foundation (CCF). Special thanks go to Rich Hoffman, CEO at Jackson Rancheria and Hotel. A loyal supporter and business partner for several years, the Rancheria maintains a determined commitment to support the local community and non-profit organizations in Calaveras County. During those years, over $70,000 has been donated to CCF. It is worthy of noting that several of the Rancheria employees are, also, making individual donations to CCF via payroll deductions. Those donations go directly to the CCF’s grant program.

“It is our pleasure to continue the wonderful partnership between the Calaveras Community Foundation and the Rancheria,” states Mr. Hoffman. CCF recognizes Mr. Hoffman’s leadership and ongoing commitment in assisting with worthy causes within the reaches of the Rancheria.

With the assistance of donors like the Rancheria and others, CCF is able to provide grants, scholarships and assistance to a wide variety of charitable groups and viable projects serving Calaveras County residents. Since it’s inception in 2000, more than $1,000,000 has been issued by the Foundation.

The Calaveras Community Foundation is a 501 c3 non-profit organization celebrating it’s 15th year. The Foundation manages over 43 charitable funds and fiscal scholarships. Individuals and businesses can establish funds or channel their charitable contributions through the Foundation.
